Returns and Refunds

 

At Fit Forever Gym, we want you to feel comfortable and confident with every purchase you make, whether it is a membership, clothing, or nutrition products. This policy explains how returns and refunds work and what to expect.

If you are unsure about a product or membership before purchasing, please contact us first. We are always happy to help you choose the right option.

Membership Fees

 

Membership fees are non refundable once payment has been made.

This includes:

  • Monthly membership payments

  • 3, 6, or 12 month fixed term memberships

  • Discounted or promotional membership plans

Refunds are not provided for unused time, missed visits, change of circumstances, or personal reasons once a membership has started.

Membership cancellations are not covered under this policy and are governed by the Cancellation Policy outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Merchandise and Clothing

 

Gym clothing and merchandise may be returned under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene reasons, items that show signs of wear, washing, or use cannot be accepted for return.

Where a return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or an exchange may be offered.

Supplements and Nutrition Products

 

Due to health and safety reasons, supplements and nutrition products are handled with extra care.

Supplements may be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 3 days of purchase.

  • The product is unopened, unused, and fully sealed.

  • A valid proof of purchase is provided.

If these conditions are met, we may offer:

  • An exchange for another product, or

  • A refund to the original payment method

Opened supplements cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. Once a seal is broken, the product must be kept.

If you are unsure which supplement is suitable for you, please speak to us before purchasing. We are happy to guide you.

Non Returnable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used supplements and nutrition products

  • Merchandise showing signs of wear, washing, or use

  • Membership fees or partially used memberships

  • Items returned without proof of purchase

Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If you believe you have received a faulty item or an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in line with consumer rights.

How to Request a Return or Refund

 

To ensure all requests are properly recorded and handled, all return or refund requests must be submitted by email.

  2. Include your full name and contact details

  3. Provide proof of purchase

  4. Explain the reason for the return or refund request

Please do not send return or refund requests via WhatsApp, social media messages, phone calls, or verbal requests at reception.
