Yes thats right. This program is created to keep you accounted for a shorter period of time, maximising the results.

  • What are the opening hours?
    Monday - Friday 06.00 - 21:30 Saturday 08.00 - 18.00 Sunday & Bank Holiday 10.00 - 15.00
  • What is the minimum age to join?
    From October 2024 we would like to welcome all 14 years old folks. Please note that you must be accompanied by adult. Details of membership and T&C to be discussed at the reception.
  • Is your gym suitable for beginners?
    Yes, indeed! It doesn't matter what your age or fitness level is. Our gym offers a wide range of machines, equipment, classes and programs to help you achieve your fitness goals. Check our plans here https://www.fitforevercavan.ie/memberships
  • Do you sell health supplements?
    Yes! We have wide range of supplements, Snacks, Vitamins, Proteins, BCAA, Creatine, pre-workout shots - you name it! We also sell branded merchandise, T-shirts, Jumpers, Warmers, towels and more.
  • Do I need to pay membership to join a class?
    No, our classes are paid separately. So if you don't want to use the gym and only attend the class, we have PAYG option €10 or Pass of 10 entrys for €85. You can save money and purchase the pass here - https://www.fitforevercavan.ie/memberships
